Common questions about our custom DTF design service.
How much does the custom design service cost?
Our design service is completely free when included with a DTF transfer order of £20 or more. If you need a standalone design without placing a transfer order, the cost is £10 per print-ready design. Full usage rights are included in both cases.
What file format will I receive my design in?
We deliver your finished design as a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background, ready to be printed as a DTF transfer. This file is yours to keep and reuse for future orders.
How many revisions are included?
Every design includes one free round of revisions. If you need further changes beyond the first revision, we are happy to accommodate at a small additional charge. Most designs are approved on the first or second version.
How long does it take to receive my custom design?
Most custom designs are completed and sent for your approval within 1-2 business days. Simpler text-based designs may be ready the same day. Once you approve the design, we can proceed straight to printing your transfers.
What information do I need to provide for a design request?
The more detail you can give us, the better. Include any text, colour preferences, style references, logos, or images you want incorporated. If you have a rough sketch or example of what you are after, attach it to the form below and we will work with whatever you provide.
Can you recreate an existing logo or design from a photo?
Yes. If you have a low-resolution image, a photo of a printed design, or a rough sketch, we can recreate it as a clean, high-resolution file suitable for DTF printing.
Do I own the rights to the design you create?
Yes. Once the design is complete and paid for (or included free with your order), you receive full usage rights. You can reorder transfers with it, use it on other products, or share it as you wish.
Can you design for a large group order with individual names?
Absolutely. We regularly handle group orders where each person needs a personalised version of the same base design, such as hen party t-shirts with individual names or sports team shirts with player numbers. Let us know the details and we will prepare all the variants.
