Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Custom Goods Exemption

Because every DTF transfer is custom-printed using the artwork you supply, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind" or ordering mistakes. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalized and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights.

2. What is NOT Covered (User Errors)

We do not offer refunds or free reprints for issues outside of our control, including:

  • Low-Resolution Artwork:If you upload a pixelated, blurry, or low-DPI image, it will print exactly as supplied.
  • Colour Variations:Digital screens display in RGB, while our printers use CMYK ink. Minor colour shifts are normal. We do not refund for slight colour discrepancies.
  • Typos or Design Errors:We do not proofread or alter your text/designs.
  • Application Mistakes:We are strictly not liable for any garments, fabrics, or items ruined during the heat pressing process. It is your responsibility to test your heat press settings (temperature, pressure, and peeling technique) on a scrap garment first.

3. What IS Covered (Manufacturing & Transit Errors)

We stand by the quality of our printing. We will happily issue a free reprint or a full refund if your order suffers from:

  • Print Defects:Noticeable printer banding, missing white underbase, or ink smudges caused by our equipment.
  • Transit Damage:If the courier damages, crushes, or severely creases the film in transit, rendering the transfers unusable.
  • Wrong Size/Quantity:If we printed the artwork at the wrong dimensions or sent fewer copies than you ordered.

4. How to Claim a Reprint or Refund

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Do not attempt to press defective transfers.

Attach clear, well-lit photographs showing the defect on the unpressed film.

Our team will review the evidence within 24 hours. If verified, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order via express shipping at no cost to you, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
