1. Service Description
DTF Transfers provides custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printing services. You upload a design, we print it onto transfer film, and ship it to you for heat press application.
2. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, your payment is pre-authorised (held) but not immediately charged. We review each order for quality and feasibility. Payment is only captured when we accept your order. If we cannot fulfil your order, the pre-authorisation is released and you are not charged.
3. Design Files & Copyright
By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to reproduce it or have obtained appropriate licences. We are not responsible for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Quality & Colour Accuracy
We use professional-grade DTF printing equipment and strive for the highest quality output. However, minor colour variations may occur between screen displays and printed transfers. We are not liable for colour differences inherent to the CMYK printing process.
5. Image Quality Notice
Our order wizard displays a DPI (dots per inch) quality indicator for your uploaded images. If your image is flagged as low resolution (below 150 DPI at your chosen print size), you accept that the final print may appear pixelated. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution source files.
6. Add-on Services
Optional add-ons (background removal, AI upscaling) are processed manually by our team. Results may vary depending on the complexity and quality of the original image. Add-on services are non-refundable once the order has been accepted and processing begun.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. UK orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order before it is accepted by contacting us. Once an order is accepted and production has started, cancellations are not possible as transfers are custom-made to your specifications. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for defective products.
9. Application Disclaimer
We provide application instructions as a guide. We are not responsible for damage to garments or surfaces caused by incorrect application, equipment failure, or unsuitable materials. It is your responsibility to test transfers on a sample before applying to finished goods.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
