Do you include any branding or labels in the packaging?
No. White label orders are shipped in completely plain packaging with no company branding, business cards, promotional materials, or invoices. The only label on the package is the Royal Mail shipping label with your customer's delivery address.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale?
No. We have no minimum order requirements. You can start with a single transfer to test the service, then scale up as your business grows. Our wholesale pricing improves as your volume increases, so the more you order, the better your margins become.

You take an order from your customer and send us the design files along with your customer's delivery address. We print the transfers, quality check them, and post them directly to your customer in unbranded packaging. You never need to hold stock or handle shipping.

What file formats do you accept for wholesale orders?
We accept PNG, JPG, WebP, TIFF, BMP, SVG, and PDF files up to 300MB each. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. We can also handle background removal and image upscaling if needed.
