Processing & Fulfilment
All orders are custom-printed to your specifications. Our standard fulfilment time is 1-2 business days from order acceptance. During peak periods, fulfilment may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size of your order, and your selected shipping method. We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs and budget.
UK Delivery
UK orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your chosen shipping method:
- Royal Mail 24: 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail 48: 2-3 business days
- Courier Services: 1-2 business days (tracked)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 3-8 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery times are estimates and do not include customs processing delays.
- All international shipments include tracking where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page with your Order Number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. While we strive to meet all delivery windows, we are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, or force majeure events.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- UK orders: Please wait 5 business days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
- International orders: Please wait 10 business days after the estimated delivery date.
If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a free reprint or refund at our discretion.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the evidence and issue a free reprint or refund if verified.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@dtfowl.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the printing queue.
