Custom QR Code Iron-On Transfers

Turn a link, WiFi login or phone number into a wash-proof code for shirts, aprons and bags. We size it for real-world scanning and scan-test every design before printing - if it doesn't scan, we won't print it. From £1.99.

What will yours do?

Business & workwear

Your booking page or Google reviews link on staff shirts - every customer interaction becomes a visit.

Cafés, pubs & rentals

WiFi codes on aprons and wall banners. Guests connect in one scan instead of asking at the counter.

Events & stag/hen dos

Link the group chat, the itinerary, or the playlist. Table-number codes for weddings and quizzes.

Markets & side hustles

Your shop or payment link on a tote bag - your merch becomes your storefront.

Pets

A contact code on a bandana or coat: whoever finds them can reach you instantly.

Clubs & teams

Membership signup or fixtures list on training kit and touchline jackets.

How big should it be?

Rule of thumb: a code scans comfortably from about ten times its own size. Pick the placement and we'll suggest the size in the designer.

The scan-test guarantee

A QR code that doesn't scan is just decoration. Before you can order, your exact design - colours, style, size - is decoded by our test scanner under real-world conditions. Too small, too pale, too fancy? We'll say so and show you the fix, before you've paid a penny.

Questions, answered

Will a QR code scan on a black or coloured shirt?

Yes - the trick is that a code must always be darker than what's directly behind it. On dark garments we print a light background panel behind the code (you choose the shape and colour), so it scans exactly like a code on white. Our designer checks the contrast for your exact shirt colour and won't let an unscannable combination through.

Will it still scan after washing?

Yes. These are professionally printed transfers, not paper stickers - the print survives 50+ washes without cracking or fading, and we size every module of the code above our printability floor so fine details hold up.

How do you know my code will actually work?

We scan-test every single design before you can pay: your finished artwork is put through a simulated phone camera - slightly blurred, rotated, at real-world resolution - and must decode perfectly. If it fails, we tell you what to change instead of printing a dud.

Do I need a heat press to apply it?

No - a household iron works. Full application instructions come with every order: temperature, time and pressure. A heat press is nice for big batches but not required.

How small can a QR code be printed?

It depends on how much the code stores. A short web link needs about 2 cm; a full WiFi login needs a little more. The designer works out the exact minimum for your content automatically and won't let you order below it.

Can I change where the code points later?

Codes are printed with your destination built in, so it can't be changed after printing. If you expect the link to change, point the code at a page you control (like your own site) and update that page.
