How to Use a Template
Download
Choose a template and download the PNG file. All files are 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds.
Customise
Open in Canva (free), Photoshop, GIMP, or any editor. Change the text, colours, and layout to match your project. Add your own name, logo, or details.
Upload and order
Save your customised design as a PNG and upload it to our order page. Choose your transfer size, quantity, and checkout. We dispatch within 1-2 business days.
Press onto your garment
Iron the transfer onto your t-shirt, tote bag, hoodie, or another fabric item that can tolerate application heat. Full application instructions included with every order.
Design Tips
Keep text large
Text smaller than 5mm tall may not reproduce clearly, especially on textured fabrics like canvas or pique. Use bold fonts at 8mm or larger for the best readability.
Use high contrast
Dark text on light garments or bright/white designs on dark garments. Our white ink base ensures colours pop on light and dark fabric colours, but high contrast always reads best.
Save at 300 DPI
When exporting from Canva or Photoshop, save at 300 DPI (dots per inch) for print-quality output. Lower resolutions will appear blurry when printed at larger sizes.
Transparent background
Save as PNG with a transparent background so only your design prints on the fabric. A white background would print as a white rectangle around the design.

Yes. All templates on this page are free to download and use for personal and commercial projects. You can modify them, add your own text, and use the finished product however you like. No attribution required.
What format are the templates in?
Templates are available as high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI, print-ready with transparent backgrounds). Some designs are also available as SVG files for editing in design software like Canva, Illustrator, or Inkscape.
How do I use a template?
Download the PNG file, customise it if needed (add your name, change colours, or edit text in a design tool like Canva), then upload the finished design to our order page. Choose your size, order, and we will print and dispatch your custom transfer within 1-2 business days.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Open the PNG or SVG in any image editor (Canva, Photoshop, GIMP, Inkscape) and modify the text, colours, or layout. The transparent background means you can layer elements on light or dark garment colours.
What size should I download?
Our templates are designed at 300 DPI and sized for common print areas. Chest logos are typically 10-12cm wide. Back prints are 25-30cm wide. Check the template description for the recommended size and adjust in your design software if needed.
