Tips for Maximising Sheet Coverage

  • Use Auto-Arrange to pack designs as tightly as possible
  • Rotate designs 90° to find the orientation that fits best
  • Adjust copy spacing to reduce gaps between duplicates
  • Mix different design sizes on the same sheet to fill empty corners
  • Check the usage percentage — aim for 70% coverage or higher
